Terms of Order, Delivery and Returns


Taituki.com reserves the right to change prices in the online store. The price indicated in the online store at the time of placing the order will be valid for the entire duration of the order.

Taituki.com reserves the right to cancel an order due to an obvious pricing error ór the absence of a price, regardless of the reason for the error. An obvious pricing error is one in which the price of the product significantly deviates from the general price level of a corresponding product, or is listed as zero. In such a case, the customer is deemed to understand that price information is incorrect.


Products are ordered in our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart through the payment service. After sending the order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation to your email.

All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact information requested during the order process will not be used for any purpose other than order delivery.

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to adhere to the currently valid delivery and return terms.

The delivery times for shipped products are usually 5-7 business days. If the delivery time deviates from this, we will always contact the customer. Delivery costs include packaging and postage fees.

Taituki.com is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during transportation. Taituki.com does not take responsibility for delivery obstacles, difficulties, or delays caused by reasons beyond our control.


If your shipment is missing the ordered product or you have received the wrong product, kindly contact us immediately after receiving the order so that we can rectify the issue promptly.


Products have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The returned product must be in a saleable condition.

If the product has problems due to manufacturing defects within the first three months of purchase, you can return the product to our office. The product can be returned either by mail or by bringing it in person.

At the office, we will inspect the product and provide a refund accordingly or replace the product with a new one. Postage costs will not be refunded.
